Dew Solutions - Salary Not Recieved

Company not provided my salary for the first month, they stopped my first month salary because of the * leaves I have taken, for which I already informed on time, then I put resignation they them selves mailed be your last day will be tomorrow and on the last day they didn't provided my my last month salary by saying that we are recovering our Notice Period shortfall, However I have not asked them to reduce my notice period on the last day itself I was ready to complete my notice period but they just don't wanted to pay my salary.
