Core 8 media - Salary not paid

I was employed with Core * Media and completed my work as per agreed employment terms. An amount of ₹**,*** towards earned salary remains unpaid till date.

The company has acknowledged the pending salary in writing and provided multiple assurances regarding settlement, including a commitment to clear the dues within a *–* month period. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to honor these commitments. It has now been more than a year since the payment became due.

Due to continuous delay in salary payments and lack of timely communication, I faced financial hardship and mental stress, which ultimately forced me to resign. I consistently attempted to resolve the issue amicably through professional communication and provided sufficient time for settlement, but the company has stopped responding.

The continued non-payment of earned wages has caused financial loss and distress. I possess documentary evidence, including written acknowledgements and communication records, supporting my claim.

I am seeking immediate settlement of the pending amount, along with appropriate relief for the prolonged delay.
