Medkart Pharmacy Pvt Ltd - Salary not paid

I have not been paid salary of December **** by company. There was a medical problem to me and i demanded some more leave, though senior manager not grant my leave and pressure me to join next day so i write a letter to all other seniors regarding the issue and demand leaves for some more time due to weak medical situation. But some how my senior manager not want to serve me more in company so he forced me to resign. I can't able to compromise with my health so i rest my decision on seniors. They directly accept my resign. i wait for my salary on next month but they told me that i resigned without notice period so i can't able to get previous month salary and any other documents of work. It was so ridiculous that don't understand the situation. It's completely illogical that i take a medical leave before notice period of one month. i think these is the kind of mental harassment. There is no women cell in company till yet to whom i can explain. There is no HR department or body to whom i contact. Only one single person my senior manager take all the calls in my work. He already granted medical leave of girl for * months but not for me for less than * month. There is some hidden benefits or partiality seems to his behavior.
