Meru Pharmaceuticals - Salary not paid

Hello sir/madam. I have joined in a pharmaceutical company as AREA BUSINESS MANAGER & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER on **-**-****. After availing my services and previous goodwill in the pharmaceutical market company has established well and getting good business and profits from the market, but management didn't paid my salary and expenses, when i requested them to pay my dues rather than not paying my salary they terminated me from my duties for no reason.

I was the key person to launch the company in the state of TELANGANA. From the beginning i have planned every activity and strategy to become successful company in the TELANGANA state market. I have recruited the dynamic entire field force in here.

From the start management has been giving me wrong information about the company and its strategies, and from the starting management has not given me complete salary, but i sensed them later. As that period is pandemic covid-** situation, i didn't had enough cash with me to carryout my duties so i brought some cash credits from my near and dears at *% interest promising them that i will return them their cash with interest in the next month, but i was failed to return them due to lack of salary and salary deductions.

As my stipulated headquarter by the management was some other area than my hometown so i moved to another area for rent room. I am doing my duties as specified by the management on regular basis. But every time management has doing delays in paying the salaries and expenses, in the month of march-**** they completely stopped my salary.

I was empty hands, no cash is left with me. I visited police station as i don't have any money to consult a lawyer, i met sub inspector there, he listened me and enquired later found i have been criticized by not being paid salary, when inspector asked the management to pay my dues they replayed that they will credit my dues in my account at the end of the month i.e. **-**-****, but they didn't.

When i demanded the management to pay back my dues, they have sent me an e-mail addressing that they are transferring me to another state rather than paying my salary and expenses. Later i have done many phone calls, they kept my mobile number blocked, i have sent an e-mails to get back my dues, still no reply from the management.

I have spent whole the time, my skills, goodwill and my reputation in the market for company growth but they kicked me away. Now company doing good and getting profits form the market. After grabbing the network and market data from me and my team, he started to thinking that why company should pay the salary to the field force as company got and holding all the market data that is required to do it's business from the field force.

Management cheated me first, later stared cheating remaining team. Like this they are suffering one after one team members. During this times i suffered and cheated a lot in terms of financially, physically and mentally. I failed to pay my room rent even, failed to payback the returns from whom i brought some credit, i have faced many problems to perform my daily routines.

Physically it is a huge loss for me to get in to the pharma market again and becoming succeeded after all this happened which i can't fulfill the commitments which i have done being in this company. Mentally i was unable to go for another company.

The management has done huge loss for me and damaged my goodwill & my reputation in the pharma market. Even though, till i didn't got my salary and expenses back after all giving two months time.
