Marketland Business Services - Salary not paid

I have been cheated from my company boss since November **** and he haven't paid my salary of rs*****. If we call him his number is switched off or not rechable and if we message him no proper response, because of him I am suffering a lot even after completing work on time he didn't pay salary. If we ask salary he is giving bullshit reasons from past * months cheating us by saying I will clear all your salaries, I will come to Bangalore and give you cheque, give me sometime team, don't worry I won't run away etc etc etc. What we want is our salaries and also he was suppose to come to Bangalore last week saturday from Pune but nothing has worked. We don't have money to spend and file a case in labour court for him as we are jobless and searching for job.
