WEBEE IT SERVICES PVT LTD - Salary not paid by the Organization

Dear Sir,
I have worked in a organization by the name of WEBEE IT SERVICE PVT. LTD. from July **th **** to November **th, ****; situated in EN-**, *th Floor, Sector - V, Kolkata - ****** (West Bengal). I am supposed to receive my salary from November *st **** to December **th, ****; as per agreement and what has been communicated through my Release Letter. I have worked in this organization in the capacity of Manager-Quality and was not absent for duty , even for a day during the aforementioned date range for which the salary is pending. I have been following up for a very long time , however the company is providing some excuses or the other, and keeping the matter withheld.
I am left with no choice but to seek assistance from you to help me get my salary from this organization. I am really very much in need of this and would request you to kindly help me in this regard.
