** September **** Job fraud Complaint Against Mr. Harish Parmar owner of Hp Events & Entertainment I was offered job by Mr. Harish owner of Hp Events & Entertainment for profile of Graphic Designer. Work started on **th of august ****. Offer Letter was sent on mail on **th August ****. Copy of email is attached for your ready reference. The salary for the month was offered Rs ***** per month. During the work period he gave me work, which I completed and he has posted it on internet Facebook and shared files on his mail and WhatsApp. I respected the after office timings also and worked till late and whenever work was given. On Ganesh Chaturthi also I was working till late for this company till *.** am and in this manner he was pressuring me at any point of time. On Friday ** night he gave me a task which was difficult as I was not able to work and I requested him to find other designer and release my salary as work given to me was always on urgent basis and beyond working hours. I have designed logo, whatsapp festival wishes visiting cards and other creatives as and when required by him during the job period. Now he is not releasing my salary and not reverting my call his mobile numbers and WhatsApp numbers are +************ and +** ********** and address on record is Office no. **, Evershine Mall, Chincholi Naka, New Link Rd, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra ******. As on date he is using logo designed by me and not willing to pay for the work done for him. Sir before this also my complaint was closed as civil matter. I am just working civil matters are always waited to turn in criminal matter. Now again the official want me to do crime for this ??? to get my hard earned money and who is responsible if such frauds are freely working in market. During lockdown its really difficult to survive so please Take Necessary actions and revert back in this regards.
