Indian Money.com - Salary not disbursed

Hi sir, I am Lavanya I joined indian money.com company on Oct **th and I withdrawn my assignment on **th Dec. My profile role is to take calls, every I need to complete * hours of talk time with customers only then the workday will be counted. and atleast I have to complete * hours of talktime to consider it as half day working. If I fail to mentain atleast * hours talktime per day then that will be treated as non work day. Due to this toxic target and torture by the upper management, i decided to quit the company on **th Dec I had informed by Team lead that I am leaving the company. Now the problem is I havent get the salary for those days which I worked. in Nov I managed to meet the talktime of * hours for * days, on November *th I got a mail from the organisation that I received the salary of **** (I will attach the document for this) for working * days. But till now that salary is not processed, when I talk to the HR she told they will checking, but again when I approach they are not receiving my call. Even along the amount of rs **** I had to get the amount for the work I done in the month November which is around * work days so *x***(Basic salry per day) = ***, Totally I have to get rupees ****.
There is no point mentioned in offer letter that my salary can be on hold for certain reason, Its neither communicated with me during joining.
Could you please help me to proceed on this against the employer. Please do let me know if any more information required. Thanks in Advance.
