Flower Valley Convent School, Deon(bathinda) - Salary not delivered

I joined the above mentioned school on **/**/** and had left on **/**/** because the owner of this school is a lady known as MD mam is such a frauded. I don't know why she do so with most of teachers and workers.
She took all help from me regarding studies and other activities in school.
I asked her to pay me on time as this school is ** km from my home so I have to paid daily. And even I couldn't get money which I invested on fare. She didn't pay me once. She said tomorrow I I'll pay and then on Tuesday, Saturday , on this date , on that date.
She plays with unemployed people and don't give salary. And I am one of them.
I got a new job in other city.so I want to relocate but money should be must in pocket. She didn't listen I have joined hands. I have pleased her to pay me. But now I understand that I should knock the door of court. Pls help me so I can go and start other job. I am sitting in home form * month inspite of doing job , I am doing loss. Just because of this school's authority.
