ShujaBits Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd - Salary not credited

I was hired for full time basis by Shuja Bits Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd on *nd July ****. I have worked diligently there for over a month with my time averaging around **/** hrs on daily basis.
On *th August, the owner and my reporting manager Mr Moiz Tankiwala tells me that he won't be paying me for two weeks and hence will be paying me half months salary. Also he says that starting from today, start working for * hrs only.
HR was also least concerned about this situation and simply agrees to whatever Moiz says.
When I have joined for full time basis, why should I work on part time basis.
And since Moiz deducts salary as per his wish citing reasons that I am not getting the output from you , I decided to quit and dropped a mail to both Moiz and HR. They were not even bothered to reply....I guess they were happy that now they don't even have to pay half months salary. And this has nothing to do with Covid situation, it's just sheer exploitation.
Regrading not getting output, he did it before also. Told me I won't pay you one day salary citing very small reasons. That time I didn't mind and made changes as per Moiz expectations but after updating, Moiz didn't even bothered to check which led me to conclude that he is finding reasons not to pay me.
I am worried beacuse I have not lost one month salary, I have lost the security also. I had better opportunities when I joined ShujaBits but due to Moiz persistance that I want an employee like you and etc I joined. I never expected that I would be treated this way and most importantly I am jobless right now due to Moiz.
I would not have gone out to publicly criticise Moiz (founder) and Ruchi(HR), had I been not mentally anguished by such behaviour from both of them. Reiterating the fact that I am jobless cbeacuse of them.
