Teleperformance - Salary not credited

I am currently an employee of teleperformance. I am working for them from around * months. All the colleagues who joined with me got their employee id and salary. But even on asking repeatedly they delayed the process of creating my employee id because of which my salary didnt got credited. On asking they told me that salary will be credited next month for * months.
Due to some family emergency I have to go home for ** days. I informed HR and TL about my situation.
Later when I came back they told me that we wont give you any pending salary as you were absent for ** days.
It doesnt make any sense to me. They didnt gave salary to me on time. Once I took the leave they are not giving me pending salary also.
