Pyramid College of Business and Technology - Salary issue and harassment

Under section ** ,every individual have right to freedom, an organisation which is doing illegal things ,where an employee do not have his/her self respect, management does not care about the dignity of employees, it became difficult for me to work in such kind of atmosphere. I joined this organisation on **/**/**** ,at joining they told HR policies, which they had suddenly changed after * months and nothing had been given in written. Director insisted faculties to solve the question paper before the final exam for making chits. For a teacher it is against the ethics. For all these malpractices, i put resigned on */**/**** ,and i was ready to serve the notice period, but they stopped my salary. My march and april month dues are still unpaid. For this mattet, when i filed complaint to police. Then they said i defammed them, rather then paying my salary they are threatening me for spoiling my image and writing to all educational institutes and universities for not employing me. Whatever complaint i made against them, all is ***% true and i have proofs. Here I am requesting you for justice. They themselves sent me mail that i am suspended and removed me from official online groups and on the otherside putting false claim on me, that im absconding from job, but till today i had never said im leaving the job. Please look into matter and do justice so that cant spoil my career
