Shanti Bpo services pvt ltd. - Salary forefeit to two months.

This is Javid ahmad lone from j&k,i have joined the company namely "shanti BPO services pvt.ltd as on **th of May **** until **th of july .
But after the completion of month,our salary was not credited in our Bank account nor any cheque was given to me.i spoke the owner of the company namely Director Udhay singh about my salary he told me that my business goes down,but you contine the job i will give you the salary,i spend one more month there,director told me the same wording until **th of july.
At last moment i have suffered the huge financial loss due to paying the accomodation,food and convence.
I request your goodself that kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
