vedaant animation gurukul - salary blocked by company

I was a faculty in many renowned institute, but my experience with Reliance Education was really worst. I did my last job for ** days in month of September, after that i was not able to continue the job due to some personal reasons. But after waiting for the salary, my salary was dispatched and it was block my centre manager - Prachi Khutia. She said i didn't pick her call and she took it on her ego. She said to write in mail the reason. So i wrote to her a formal resignation letter and told her to dispatch my salary for the days i provided the service. I got another opportunity, so now the owner and centre manager are calling me to meet in person which is not possible to the new job. So now they are insisting me to come first then will release my salary or think about it. So my request it to make my release my payment, as i already took loan to pay my current month home rent and bills. Who is responsible for the damage? Please kindly look into the matters.
