Dear Sir,
Maturity on August **** of my Gold booking in August **** in Sahara Q Gold mart is not refunded by company till date even after winning case in consumer court's . I have already submitted Execution case in consumer court case & after Issue Notice/Directions by court it is in For compliance. But nothing is goin on, no response from company. Please help me in refund my mature amount Rs. *,**,***/- along with *% interest till date & Rs. *****/- as expense & mental harassments as ordered by court.
As this investment was not in Sahara's four other company whos refund is paid through Govt. portal, so please help me what to do further in this case.
