Sahara india - Sahara India has not refunded my FD Amount

I have opened an RD in **** for * years with Rs**** every month .After mature branch manager has refused for my payment and told me to do FD for *.* years of the total amount . In that case I have agreed for FD for an Rs***** for *.* years .But now after completed still branch manager refused to do payment
