I Yogendra Kumar Laad C-*** Shahapura Bhopal have purchased the Shara .E Shine fd of Rs. *,***/- Certificate No.************ vide receipt No. S********** and Membership No. *********** on dated **/**/**** for ** Months. The Maturity Fund is Rs.*****/- maturity date **/**/****. as per norms I have deposit the original FD for taking back the maturity amount vide code **** Control No.*********** to the authorized center Piplani Bhopal of the Shahra Branch. The application receiving date is **/**/** and section manager of the Branch Shri U.Shroti mobile No. ********** is not paid me the aforesaid maturity Amount with interest. I will be really grateful if you can see your way to remit my payment.
