I submitted my vehicle for accident repair at Roshan Honda, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur on *th March **** under full insurance coverage. My vehicle has visited the dealership * times since then — every visit caused by the dealership's own failures.
The following happened:
Windshield not fitted properly. Discovered on Delhi highway at **°C — air rushing through at speed, AC failed. *-hour journey. Direct safety hazard.
Delivery promised via WhatsApp by *th April ****. Received vehicle on *th May ****. Two months delay with zero proactive communication.
Wrong seat installed — not my original. Sun visors not fitted. Substandard finish despite full insurance claim.
Used, non-tubeless tyre installed without my knowledge or consent — against factory specification. Discovered after puncture while travelling with my *-year-old daughter. Could have been fatal.
Full insurance claim processed — used and substandard parts installed. Suspected fraudulent billing. Requesting audit of every part billed vs installed.
Dealership's own driver hit my car while in their custody — causing fresh damage.
I have WhatsApp screenshots, photographs, delivery receipts, and insurance documents as evidence.
Resolution sought:
— Independent technical inspection by Honda India
— Audit of all parts billed under insurance vs installed
— Replacement of all substandard parts at no cost
— Repair of fresh damage caused by dealership driver
— Compensation for * months delay, safety risk, and mental distress
