Ola Cabs Chennai - Safety compromised

This is in reference with my trip CRN**********.
Firstly my fare quoted was rs ***.
But the driver asked for rs *** citing increased diesel cost and extra luggage charges.
I bargained for rs *** as I was travelling with my kid and had already loaded the luggage.
Secondly my trip was ended at ** minutes without my knowledge (my phone was inside bag) and the fare was rs ***.
My trip was ended abruptly in the middle and I was devoid of SOS safety option.
How can you allow drivers with such track record in your portal.
Everyone travelling in hired cabs isn't familiar with local language and geography.
Who will be responsible if any untoward incident or an accident occurs in the trip which was ended by the driver without the consent of passenger but the ride was actually in progress.
And how clever of you it is to disable message option in the app when you enter safety issue.
