Aggarbathy from SPB bangalore - S T cargo delivery man abuse in phone to ask for drlivery

We have ordered the agarbatti from SPB agarbatti company makali bangalore they have ship the shipment on *th afternoon, it suppose to deliver on *th Dec **** morning as am in j p nagar Bangalore , whrn i call him on *th Dec **** *pm the delivery guy name umar contact no ********** talk very rude told i called u soo many times as i didn't receive a single call instead i called him thrice from morning *.** am to * pm on *th, when I told him I need the parcel urgent he told when am in mood i will deliver your parcel he told and started fighting in phone, my question to management why you guys keep such rude delivery man??.
Take action against him.
