Runwal Residency Private Limited - Runwal is delaying possession of my Flat

I booked flat with Runwal in Feb **** soon in Mar **** Pandemic started and I kept my flat booking on Hold till Dec **** waiting for the situation to improve and once the registration was done in Dec **** whatever demand was there from Runwal was settled by Bank loan. Runwal did not ask for any interest payment at that point of time. Now at the time of possession Runwal is asing to pay rRs. *****/- towards interest pertaining to pandemic period. I had asked the CRM team of Runwal to waive off the amount but they said you need to pay Rs. *****/- to proceed for Possession. I asked to waive full amount through mail communication. But during my recent visit to CRM office of Runwal they are asking to pay Rs. *****/-. This behavior of Runwal is delaying the possession.
