Lemon Grass Salon Greater Noida - Ruined my hair by giving the wrong treatment

I have went for the hair color to this salon . I chose the ash mat colour and they have said they nedd to do my hair white blonde first afterthen the color which I have asked for will come but later they said my hairs bleaching them patches were coming a lot they haven't did the white blond because they feared it could cause damage to my hairs without informing m e. They said the colour will come ultimately dun worry . But Result was completely different it not somewhere same as the colou i have chosen .The very next day I went to the salon for explanation for this disaster they made so many stories and because of fear of my hair damage I choose Cherry red and burgandy mix color .Again it was okay on first day but after washing on first day the whole red colour came out and my hairs were looking copper shade completely ruining the color of my hairs. I also went to ask for the refund they denied giving following reasons .
