Subject: Complaint about the Bad Behavior of Bus Conductor

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the unpleasant experience I had with one of your bus conductors recently. On **/**/** while traveling on the bus number AP**Z**** from POTTANGI to KORAPUT, the conductor behaved rudely and discourteously towards the passengers.

He was unnecessarily harsh in his tone and refused to provide proper change when asked. Additionally, he was impatient and spoke in an inappropriate manner which made the journey uncomfortable for all the passengers. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on your transportation service but also affects the passengers' trust and comfort.

I kindly request you to take suitable action against the concerned conductor and ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future. It would be great if proper training is imparted to all conductors to maintain a respectful and helpful environment for the commuters.
