Meesho - Rude Behaviour by delivery agent Meesho

Dear Team,

Greetings !!!

I would like to bring it to your attention that my wife faced mental harassment due to delivery boy because of his rude behaviour and way he spoke. Thought of raising this complaint to Piece manager at the warehouse to my surprise even the person who was there as responsible showed us the same behaviour also started saying do whatever you can like escalation no can do anything same like delivery agent Vijay kumar did -

Initially I went today (*th July) to speak with person who was incharge (Adding his photo here who was trying to cheat by using someone else name hence attaching his photo for your ref.)

One thing is for sure these people are pretty sure that no can do anything against their complaints - as I could understand that from their speech - Both of them Vijaykumar ***** ***** and also the person who is attached n the photo were unanimously started saying do whatever you want no one do anything) if this is the voice you are trying to convey to customers then I really pity you guys.

Request your intervention to educate the etiquette while dealing with customers. especially ladies. This is not acceptable at all. Looking forward to your cooperation and support so that no one else faces the way my wife faced.

In one word to say it was disgusting experinece overall with delivery agents.
