I had gone through my left eye surgery for Cataract on **th June **** from Sharp Sight Centre ( Swasthya Vihar, Preet Vihar). Here the Councelling is soo bad they do not open the actuall prices for the Package they give for Cataract Surgery. Also Dr. Saumya Sharma the surgeon behaviour is soo inappropriate and Rude with the patient. She misbehaved with me on my second visit. As I am not ready for the second Eye operation untill I am satisfied with the one that operated. I need to complaint for the behaviour that she had done with me. I am highly disappointed, this is unbearable behaviour from Dr. Saumya Sharma. She said that she can't observe me untill i go with my second eye surgery and also she referred me to another doctor for the observation. Sharp Sight TPA, MEDICINE STALL STAFF, BILLING SECTION, all staff are uncooperative. Very Bad Experience and they looted me in my surgery also.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
