D Mart bangalore Ramamurthy Nagar - Rude behavior of staff

Complaint against to rude behavior of tag women...
Today time around *pm when me and my mom arrived the d mart I was paying auto driver and my mom went to tag the handbag and covers, in cover there were dresses I brought from outside so my mom asked her to tag the cover and give the token, the women who tags the bag (I don't know her name) she told to mom to keep the cover in handbag, I mean does she sense how can we put cover full of dresses in a handbag bag, the women was yelling at my mom. My mom is high bp and high sugar patient, the women told she won't tag the cover and won't give the token. There were no respect from her and my mom told Will u tag and give token or report the manager, she gave the token and said I don't care go tell. Other staff asked the problem and we told what happened even they were annoyed by her behavior they took us to complain to manager he was not there so we complained to supervisor. I don't know what action he took but it is not first time once when my mom and dad went the boy who tags the bag broke my mom's bag and once again when me and my mom went to women they didn't respond when we called them they were angry at us. I mean these staff r so disrespectful and rude to customer. They think they r the owner of d mart.
