RTO Dombivli - Rude Behavior of Auto Driver and extra charging of Fare

Dear Sir / Madam

I reside in Dombivli West, where we have share Auto-rickshaw services operating from Old Dombivli to Dombivli West Railway Station. The standard fare for these share autos is ₹** per seat.

Today, while traveling from the share Auto stand to Dombivli West Railway Station with my *-year-old daughter, I boarded an auto-rickshaw with the registration number MH-** CG ****. As it was a share auto, I seated my daughter on my lap. The Auto waited for nearly ** minutes for another passenger to board the auto and finally departed for the station.

Upon reaching the station, I handed the driver ₹**, expecting to pay ₹** as per the standard fare. However, the driver insisted for ₹**, claiming it was the direct fare to the station and he also took ₹** from another person (share fare), which I find completely unethical. He also refused to return the change. Despite me being a woman traveling with a child, his behavior was extremely rude.

When I mentioned that I would report his misconduct to the RTO, he dismissively told me to take his photo and complain wherever I wanted, showing complete disregard for any accountability.

I kindly request you to take strict action against this driver for his inappropriate behavior and overcharging passengers.
