Reliance Ada Group Enterprises Private Limited - Rude behavior asking for double payment

Hey Ayushi here a regular customer of reliance smart would like to bring to your notice about the worst experience i faced in one of your outlet in pincode ****** Vijaynagar banglore .
Your employees were very rude to us and more over we have already paid the amount and they were asking us to pay it for *nd time tht too very rudely . We had paid full amount of Rs **** . There was no prior information about the rules of paying within **secs of billing and upon that they were very arrogant and aggresive...

Had a very bad experience at ur store no **** . Had caused us lots of inconvinence .

Need an urgent solution for the same because they have not even given us the money back nor even allowed us to take the products .

This is highly disrespectful and not at all accepted .
