Us Polo - Rude and unethical behaviour

I visited the store with my family on **/**/** the staff over there MR CHINTAN SOLANKI and the other lady staff told us that we do not have trying policy for clothing and they told us that first we have to finalise item for billing then only we can try it. When confronted them they were very much rude and do not have ethics to talk to customers,it was a pathetic experience and not upto the reuptation of such a company.
