Valmo Courier - Rude and abusing beahvior of delivery agent of valmo

Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to bring to your notice the rude and unbearable behavior of a delivery agent.
I have two orders from meesho (M*********** and M*********).The agent called me on **th sep to deliver products .But i was outside so i asked him to reschedule delivery to tomorrow but he started fighting on call and asked to cancel and said i am not free here.
I disconnected the call.
On **th sep he again gave a call and i asked him to come as i want to receive my products.
HE came and I was calculating the total price through the meesho app .HE started shouting in front of everyone in society and asked i don't have time and I left the place without delivering a product so impatient .While leaving my place , he abused me in front of everyone.
Now from the last two days without coming to my place to deliver products he has been updating wrong status that i refused to take products .HE did not even approach me to deliver products.
Kindly look into the matter and help me in receiving my products.
