Apollo ** * said get the reports on same day, however reports were delayed by ** hours and was provided only after ** phone calls.
No customer help was available, a canadian resident had to miss the flight due to this, this has incurred us a loss of INR *k.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
