I had bought a two wheeler motorcycle Yamaha Saluto RX ***cc from Tilakraj Motors, Jabalpur. The dealer handed me over the bike on **st Janauary **** with a delivery Challan. Later on, I received Insurance, Service book and Tax invoice on **th February ****. I requested the Manager Mr. Umesh Sharma to provide me RTO related documents but he said that the document would reach you after * week. Since then, I have talked to Mr. Sharma several times, I personally met him on **th April **** in this regard but he failed me to provide the document. I registered a complaint with Yamaha's toll free customer care number *********** and also sent my complaint via e-mail to yes@yamaha-motor-india.com, but my problem could not be solved. Last time I talked to the Manager of the Agency Mr. Umesh Sharma on telephone on **th June ****. He had repeated the same that I would get my document soon, but I have not received my document yet. My bike has not been registered with RTO yet. I very upset and it has given me a lot of mental stress.
