I had booked an RT PCR test and was confirmed to receive the report within ** hours. It has been more than the promised time and I did not get the report. Why was there a delay and the report and why have I paid full amount even though I did not receive the promised service. Its a fault at Apollo's end so either learn to deliver on your promise or provide the refund for your mistakes.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
