Rsrtc - Rsrtc ticket

I was traveling through kota to bijoliya . Since booking window was closed we got tickets from conductor in bus . He charges half ticket of my ** year old sister which is equal to ticket charges for adult women . So we should get * seats because we pay for * seats. But conductor force us to vacant my ** year old sister seat although we payed same as for adult women . when i complaint to kota bus stand inquiry and jaipur head office. They neglected my plea and cuts the call .
