Paytm First Games - Rsdeposited in Paytm First Game account the amount was not credited yet and successfully deducted fr

On **th June Rs. ****/- I deposited in Paytm First Game account. the amount was not credited and shows transaction failed and credited yet in Paytm First Account. the amount successfully deducted from my bank account shows in statement at the time of transaction. Today is ** July i have complained about the issue so many times but they are giving excuses and excuses but not solved yet. They asked me some details like Bank Statement and Screenshot which I sent him by app support and also in mail but they not taking any serious action and giving fake excuses.... So pls help me to solve the issue immediately.....
