Royals Moonlight Resort - RoyalsMoonlight Membership Fraud

We were recently on vacation in Sikkim and, while strolling along MG Marg in Gangtok, we were approached by an individual offering a gift coupon voucher. After scratching the card, we were told we had won a prize and were taken to a nearby hotel where representatives from Royals Moonlight gave a presentation.

The sales executive, Aadhar Patel (+** ***** *****), and the sales manager, Rahul (+** ***** *****), explained the membership benefits. They assured us that we could book rooms at premium hotels across the world through this membership.

Based on these claims, we decided to purchase the membership, believing we would receive access to high-quality and premium hotel options as promised. However, after the payment was made, we found that the hotels being offered were of much lower quality and cost than what was assured during the presentation. In fact, the accommodations they are suggesting are available at the same or similar rates to what we are being charged as annual maintenance fees—essentially providing no real value or benefit for the membership fee we paid.

To make matters worse, we have been trying to contact both Aadhar and Rahul for clarification, but they are now not answering our calls.

We are extremely disappointed and feel cheated. We request appropriate action to be taken against these deceptive practices.
