Royaloak Furnitures - Royal oak furniture money deducted but order status as payment faileded

I have purchased a computer table(Order no. ROY*******) from official Royaloak website and paid the full payment. I got payment confirmation mail and also sms from my Bank that money has been deducted. But my order status still says pending and payment as failed.
I have contacted the customer care, sent mail also with complete detail but no update since last * days. I was told everytime that I will get a call, but not received a single call on the same so far.
