Royal Oak Furniturebangalore Banaswadi - Royal Oak furniture has worst quality furniture

Hello Sir, I am writing you this because the royal oak furniture has mentally harrassed me. These guys took my money on **th June. And confirmed they will deliver to me the bed in *-* days. Today is **rd June everyday these guys request for more days and i have not received my bed. These guys charged **,*** for my coffee table, and the quality is not at all good. When i conveyed the same to them they said they don't have a refund policy.. I need your help sir. It's a hard earned money and these guys are running a fraud. I need my money back.
