APSETC - Route service is very much unsatisfactory

The route service between anakapalle and vizianagaram is very much unsatisfactory. Buses are not running according to the time and there are no alternative services such as non-stop, deluxe, ultra deluxe except that palle velugu that to the buses are in a bad condition.
It's nearly about * and half hour journey on a damaged roads. Travellers are suffering soo much about this. So, I wish to repair the roads as well as improvement in schedule and services of the transport in this route.
