New hitachi *.* ton inverter AC supplied and installed at night. On ** may ****. Basetray of said AC and remote Broken, water heavily leaking. Repeatedly complain lodged in hitachi customer care. No body can taken action I.e customer care person Namely Abani, kolkata sales imperior garia, Jadavpur repair office whose mobile No. **********.my family facing hard during hot weather at kolkata. In this regard I have been requested to every one of Hitachi department but no body take action timely. That's why my complain is that this is a very poor and bad supplier of ACs and all related staff are not working timely. Their official staff are playing office office game only and they damp the name of the company. Henceforth immediately replace my above AC.
