Instamart by Swiggy - Rotten bread No refund no replacement

I ordered groceries from Instamart which included a crustless brano bread. The bread was rotten and with fungus. I immediately reported the incident to the chat and call support team. They rejected the refund or replacement immediately even after I provided clear pictures and video of the bread. They gave an email id instamartsupport@swiggy.in for refund. I wrote an email and in reply they didn't refund there as well. It's a total fraud company.
