Complaint : The machine was purchased as per order number shown above and was delivered by UPS to Australia as per details shown above and it is not working since the date of delivery. The technical team contacted us but could not resolve the problem. Till today Zimplistic has neither replaced nor refunded even though hundreds of emails have been sent. They are going around in circles and trying to cheat customers. I have contacted the director Parmanand as per his email address above as well as support@zimplistic.com . I have contacted Mandeep as well as Martin as well as Clyde but no response from them. It is a completely shit company and no one absolutely no one should buy any product from this company otherwise you will repent.
