I bought a rotimatic machine order no ***** and though six months have passed the machine which has been delivered is not in working order. They tried servicing the machine but it could not be done. They are not replying to me properly and are neither able to refund me my money. They are just wasting my time and going around in circles instead of addressing the complaint.
