MyFloweApp - Roses sent instead of Orchid when I did not accept they are saying cant refund as u gave consent

Ordered Vase of Orchid with additional amount for fix time delivery.
Was not received at mentioned time for which I paid extra fee.
When I contacted them they said we don't have orchid and can send roses. I strictly denied there request and they mentioned we will call u in ** mins to figure something out, but they never called.
Then I got a delivery with few roses and a glass vase, which I rejected to accept and asked them to return and refund my money. I called them again asking why did u send me roses which will be hardly Rs *** when I ordered for orchid which cost me Rs****, they mentioned in the last call I have give them consent to send roses which was a lie. I told them u are lying and can check recording of our previous call, they mentioned we will check. But since then they have not contacted me, neither are they receiving my call neither are they reply. Moreover in the portal they have marked the delivery as completed even though I did not accept their stupid roses.
