Roopkatha Creations Private Limited - Roopkatha refund pending

I had ordered a saree worth ***** rs in the month of october. they delayed the dispatch due to multiple reasons like dussehra, diwali etc and finally told that they dont have it in stock and cancelled the order and promised refund for which i sent my bank details also. On contacting multiple times in the month of november, they told me finally that i would get the amount by November end, following this they have stopped answering phone calls. The last communication to me is on Dec *rd, but still not received the refund
