Altitude Hospitality Solution Pvt. Ltd. - Rooms booked by Travel Agent at Hotel JIVA, but payment not done.

Travel agent had booked rooms via e-mail to Hotel JIVA located at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for * guests for approx ** nights.
Travel agent was asked for money as advance, however the same was delayed saying today, tomorrow, etc. Even after the check-out the payment was cleared.

Later agent sent NEFT details which was originally used by them to pay someone and with a lesser amount which is a fraud. The home bank of the agent was also informed but they did not help saying the bank is nowhere to be involved. Numerous occasions have gone past, but always new excuses keep coming up. and never ever the payment is made.

Also online complaint was lodged to Haryana Police to help us. But the complaint was soon closed and the investigating officer said that it is not criminal offence and that if it was one they would be able to help. And ours being a Business deal they would not be able to help us anymore.

Once in a while when agent owner picks/speaks up and says payment is under process and mostly he disconnects the calls or simply bar the number so that hotel cannot call him for outstanding chasing.
