Sun villa Gurgaon - Rooms booked but actually not available

My booking ID is *********. I booked * rooms at sun villa hotel, Gurgaon today. I paid the amount, got the confirmation email and now when i have reached hotel, the manager says there are no rooms available!!!
I have travelled so much and wasted so much time because of this. What kind of unprofessional website is this. Please call back immediately and resolve this. **********
