Agoda com - Room rent charged despite not honoring the booking

As per the trailing email we had booked * rooms at Hotel Mansi, Aurangabad through Agoda on **nd March for stay on *th April (booking ID is *********). Booking confirmation was also received from Agoda on **nd Mar vide trailing email & from Hotel Mansi vide a separate email on **rd Mar.
However, it has been very unfortunate to note that despite booking * rooms, through Agoda quite in advance, all the rooms of Hotel Mansi were rented to other customer & no rooms were reserved for us. This has caused our family a big heartache as well as financial loss or booking other hotel at much higher rate.
As per the management of Hotel Mansi, all ** rooms of the Hotel were booked by a customer named Mr Rupesh Sarda for his family guests. Booking was done by him on **th March, * days later than our booking, but due to lack of proper coordination at Agoda & Mansi their booking was accepted.
Surprisingly the billing amount of Rs ****.** has also been debited by Agoda from my credit card ( Name Rajendra Bang & No. xxxx xxxx xxxx ****) on *th March itself, without verifying availability of rooms at Hotel Mansi. The amount is not refunded to me till date.
