Staysinn - Room not given

Hi ,
I have booked room through agoda in Staysinn pondicherry for *nd July **** and paid ****rs through phonepe..but when I was trying to check in room was not provided to me and room owner stated that he haven't received any payment from agoda for past one month and that's the reason for not providing room and also said Staysinn have already request agoda to remove their hotel from agoda website...I have attached a screenshot of my booking details..I need my cash back ASAP.
