Oravel Stays Limited - Room not given inspite of confirmation

I had booked a room in Kolkata in the property Oyo ***** Luxury Inn Tollygunge for the **th and **th. Initially the payment was done for * nights but booking was made for * night. After seeing the confirmation I called and they sent me the confirmation for the second night. Now on the **th when my guest reached the hotel he was refused the room. After repeated follow ups they have not refunded me the amount paid.
